can I purchase a lot?

Individual lots are not for sale in Blackstone Creek. The subdivision has one builder who is working to build out every lot over the next few years.


can I build a custom home?

We are not offering custom home builds at this time, however we are pre selling the inventory we currently have under construction. Currently, our upcoming inventory is not yet available for pre sale. As these homes get further along we will update the website with pre sale information.

what does the design process look like?

Our in-house designer hand selects every detail of our homes. If you purchase a home that is under construction and not yet completed you will be able to choose some of the interior design items depending on where we are in the construction process. All exteriors will be chosen by our in house designer to ensure the neighborhood has a cohesive look but no two houses are the same.


how does a presale work?

Now that you have identified a home that you are interested in (see the lot numbers and floor plans above) we can work on getting you pricing and a timeline. If all of those work for you and you choose to move forward with a contract there is 5% nonrefundable deposit at signing and an additional 5% deposit due at framing of the home. Once under contract you will be able to make interior selections on items that have not yet been ordered for the home. The design selections must be completed within 3 weeks after going
